1-Please keep a copy of these terms & conditions since they may be updated at any time without notice.

 2-A $100 deposit and an acceptance of these terms & conditions are necessary before any work can commence on the Ecommerce website.

 3-All requests relating to "included features" and "free options" will be implemented for free, however cancelling or modifying these requests may incur additional fees.

 4-Any work incurring additional fees needs to be requested and approved by the paying customer before that work can commence.
 
 5-Any requests not in the Eumundi Online Shop Description and neither listed in "included features" nor "free options", shall be considered "additional modifications".

 6-Any requests for "optional extras" or "additional modifications" to an online shop, will receive a free job quotation or hourly rate quote. All invoices for completed work and an acceptance of the "additional modifications quote" is necessary before the quoted work can commence.

 7-The "Eumundi Online Shop Ecommerce Package" has been designed so that a fully functioning online shop can be created for the basic price of the package. Some web designers and programmers may offer unlimited modifications until both design and functioning is to the customer's complete satisfaction however the Eumundi package neither offers nor implies to offer such as service.
